Hello! Spring has sprung and we’re delighted to share that Growing Me is growing! We have new volunteers and something very exciting is happening in October – read on till the end to find out what.
Welcome to Louise, Maanya and Nicola, our three wonderful volunteers helping with our fundraising and communications. Look out for us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and help us spread the Growing Me word far and wide! We’ll be posting regularly with therapeutic tips and tricks to help the care-experienced community, our weekly wonders, and of course updates on our progress here at Growing Me!
We’re delighted to be able to share that the Allen Lane Foundation is generously supporting Growing Me, and we’re in the early stages of selecting a web developer who really understands the Growing Me vision and can help us create a fully functioning web app this year.
And (drum roll please….) we’re super excited to announce that we will be launching a brand new crowdfunding campaign in six months, during Adoption Week (17th to 23rd October 23). We want to be able to help all children who have suffered early life trauma with our therapeutic Web app and to do this, we will need your support.
